Due to customers not returning cores, returning rusted unusable cores and choosing to pay core fees over returning. Our core supply is extremely low. Unfortunately leaves us 2 options.

1) Go back to NOT offering Billet parts to the customer

2) making the parts available as a core exchange.

We are going to try core exchange. Here is how it works:

When you place the order online. 

1) We will build your part if not already built.

2) When we receive your core we will ship your part.

There will be no exceptions to this service!!! 

The EA™ Billet forward drum for the 2004R
Shaft is machined from 300M and is the strongest on the market for the 2004R. The run out is guaranteed to be .002 or less.  We are so confident we build the best drum, we warranty it for life to the original purchaser.

Spline is a precise fit to the OD ring gear. The spline fit factory parts.  The clutch basket is checked on every unit before it leaves assuring you get a part that does not require work when you receive it and of the highest quality.

We also use a Oil lite® bushing that decreases wear and increases lube to the OD planet.

This drum will require the input shaft to be shortened for clearance.
